  • Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

  • Payments are accepted via credit/debit cards, EFT, and PayPal.

  • Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

  • Delivery times vary depending on location, typically 5–10 business days within South Africa.

  • Shipping fees are based on Pudo locker-to-locker or locker-to-door rates as published by Pudo.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect delivery details provided by you, or unforeseen events.

Returns & Refund Policy

At Cross. Nail. Crown. Apparel, we believe in grace, fairness, and customer care. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our returns policy makes it simple for you.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 10 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Process for Returns

  • Contact us at info@novavitas.co.za with your order number and reason for return.

  • We will provide instructions for return shipping.

  • Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.

3. Refunds & Exchanges

  • You may choose a full refund, store credit, or exchange for another product.

  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • If the item was a gift, you may receive store credit instead of a refund.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • If we made a mistake (wrong item, faulty product), we will cover all return/exchange shipping costs.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Worn or washed items

  • Sale/clearance items (unless defective)

  • Customised or personalised designs

6. Defective or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
